Community ISD Employee Program

This employer referral program is valid for employees of COMMUNITY ISD only on select homes that contract in Nicholson Ranch by 10/31/26. Referral discounts are applicable only to employees of COMMUNITY ISD. The discount is applied to closing costs of the employee's home with Trophy Signature Homes. Referral discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Trophy Signature Homes reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. The referral discount is non-transferable and has no cash value. Employees must meet all eligibility criteria and follow the referral program guidelines to qualify for the discount.
